I am so blessed and fortunate to have Shaun for my husband. He is a wonderful Daddy and has definitely been supportive and helpful with David.It has been so nice to have Shaun at home since we got home from the hospital. He was able to get almost three weeks off from work for the holidays! I don't know how I could adjust to being a mom without him sharing the responsibilities during this adjustment.
I enjoy watching Shaun hold David and smile. David just seems to curl up and sleep on his chest for hours! Shaun is such a natural with children...I have learned alot just by watching him interact with our son :-)

How sweet that your family has had so much time to connect and adjust to one another. We never had that luxury and I imagine it would have been really wonderful to have Mark around for so much time after any of the kids were born.

as chris and I drove away from your house we both said to each other "shaun is such a good dad" it was sweet to see him with david.
