As you can tell, I go through blogspot backgrounds more often than I change purses! (this is Rachel speaking) I love all the websites that offer free backgrounds.
I've seen alot of people use cool fonts and insert pictures into headers. Is that something you can only do with Photoshop? I am curious...

Check out scrapblog.com!! Too fun (although they have now started charging for some of their stuff); I, of course, only use the free stuff!!
I thought it was going to be one of these posts...."do you know what this means?" Like you had another one on the way - ha! I think alot of the ones you see are custom made and maybe photoshop. I'm with you..I haven't spent much time looking around but also haven't seen any free ones that were more customizable..make sense? I'll have to check out Kate's suggestion too.
