I still can't believe how fast David is growing. He turned 9 months yesterday, and I am reminded how much of a blessing he is. He is such a bundle of joy! I enjoy watching him explore and discover new things in our house. He keeps me on my toes and helps me see what I overlooked when I "childproofed" the house.
David is very social, but is now starting to notice when he is not with Shaun or I, or can't see us across the room. I knew the separation anxiety would come at some point, but I pray that he overcomes it soon. He is teaching us patience though :-)
David is a pro when it comes to crawling. He is able to "walk" around the inside of his crib and pack-n-play while holding on to the top. So it is only a matter of time before he ventures out and tries walking along the furniture!
This little guy is growing fast and eating all the time! He was 20 lbs 2 ounces at his check-up today. I thought he would have weighed more, but at the rate that he is crawling around, it makes sense that he is burning off all that food!
David has started "talking" alot more. His most favorite phrase is "babababaa," which we usually hear from his crib when he is supposed to be sleeping :-) It's a sweet sound though, and makes me smile when I hear it. I also enjoy the sweet pitter patter of his feet while he is crawling around on the wood floors.
Being a mom is such a blessing. David means more than words can describe!

i can't believe how much he has grown. he no longer looks like a baby - he is definately a little boy. i agree- you are blessed!
Wow 9 months already! Goodness, I guess that means our birthdays are coming sooner than I realize, getting old! I love the "airplane" picture, those big eyes are just precious!
