This Easter weekend Shaun's mom came into town to visit. We hadn't gotten to see her in 5 years or introduce her to David and James. So, we've been looking forward to this time for a few months and were so glad that she was able to come!
We spent alot of time at home playing and visiting, as well as eating at El Chaparell, the Magnolia Pancake Haus, and then grilling steaks, shrimp, asparagus, and lots of other yummy foods together!
David got to have his own Easter egg hunt in our backyard, and was thrilled to find the eggs...only to discover that there was an extra bonus of candy inside!
James got lots of hugs and attention from Grandma...he was all smiles!
Nana and Uncle Mike also came over to say hi! David was quite exhausted after all the visiting, playing, and of course....sugar!
Thanks again, Grandma, for coming to see us!
