This week has been a fun week for the boys, especially David, as we've celebrated Valentine's Day! David has loved all the cookies, candy, and treats from his school classmates. I had to think about what activities we could do with the boys that weren't "foofy" since most of the heart themes were a little girly. And then the Target dollar spot gave me a wonderful idea:
I found these over-sized insects (aka "Love Bugs" as I named them) and thought they'd be perfect Valentines for my all-boy boys!
And David made a special Valentine hug at school for us!
This year we started a simple tradition of making homemade pizza for Valentines dinner. David even got to help..and eat most of the pepperoni in the process! This weekend Shaun and I will go out on a date night to Paesanos while the boys are at Kids Night Out at church! Happy Valentines week. Hugs.
