Anchors Away!

I am very pleased to announce that tomorrow Shaun will have officially finished his eight year contract with the US Navy!

Shaun spent the first four years overseas at Yokota AFB in Tokyo Japan. Then he spent the last four years, as an inactive reservist (hard to explain you would have to ask him) (and will continue) working here in San Antonio as a military contractor for General Dynamics at Ft. Sam Houston.

I am SO proud of Shaun's committment and dedication to the military throughout the entire time we have known each other and long before. I am also intrigued by the places he has been, the experiences he had while there, how God met him during those times, and the stories he has told me about this chapter of his life. It was during these years when God made himself very real to Shaun and began molding his heart into the wonderful man that I married.

Well done, my love! I love you and am very proud of who you are and what you have done.

way to go shaun...glad you're finished.

i'm counting down the years i've still got in the inactive reserve, and praying that WWIII doesn't come within the next 4 years. if it does, i guess i'll just have to get preggers again to try and avoid going.

AIR POWER.
