Almost 6 Weeks!

I am so surprised at how fast the time is flying. David is growing up too quickly :-) I love watching all the new things he is doing. He is starting to focus on moving objects very well...like the mobile, the ceiling fan, and people who are near him. He also looks towards the light, and is starting to understand the difference between daytime and nighttime.

David absolutely loves it when we brush his hair or rub his scalp. He also smiles wide when we dab the corner of his mouth or gums with a burp cloth or his pacifier. His senses are definitely starting to develop, as well as his personality!

He is continuing to eat healthy...5 ounces at each feeding! I am in the process of switching over to formula. I had some problems with nursing, and I feel that it is the best decision for us to switch over to formula. It has been nice to measure the amount David is receiving, and it has also been wonderful for Shaun to help with some of the feedings. David is very content with the bottle and gets excited when it's time to eat!
