We chatted, compared baby stories, and went for a nice long walk with the babies bundled in their strollers. Elaine lives in the neighborhood where I grew up, so it was special to walk through familiar streets and see the house I lived in. Ten years ago I never thought the next time I would walk around the neighborhood would be when I was pushing a baby stroller as a new mom!
Here is a picture of Elaine and I a little over three months ago. Lena Kate and David spent many hours just a few feet away from each other for several months at Tetco...in their mommas' wombs of course! Oh how our lives have changed since then :-)

I love it. I too had a great time. Isn't it wonderful to be a momma, it is undescribably the growing love you feel for these sweet babies of ours. Meeting David was awesome. C Ya next time. Oh, and I told Mom that we spent the afternoon together. She was so excited. She just loved yall.
