David's 4 month check-up went well today. He did NOT like the 5 vaccines, but he stopped crying just a few minutes later. He is sleeping now, which is a real blessing. The past two nights were difficult for him and he (which also means his mom and dad) did not sleep well. We are going to start him on rice cereal this week, and hopefully that will fill his tummy so he can get good rest at night.
David weighs 14 pounds 12 ounces...almost double his birth weight of 7 pounds 11 ounces. He is also 26 inches tall...half a foot taller than when he was born!!
This week we are going to transition David from the bassinet to the crib. He is almost the full length of the bassinet and can "rock" it himself when he lays down and bicycles his legs in the air. His crib is much more spacious and is a fun place for him to play when he is not sleeping.
Uncle Mike also came by to visit! Although David looks a little startled in this photo, he was all smiles during his time with Uncle Mike :-)
This week David had a playdate with sweet friends Lena Kate and Catalina. He had to sport his "Chicks Dig Me" bib because he is such a cool dude!

I can't believe that he is 4 months!! Hopefully the rice cereal will work!
Your blog looks so nice! I hope that he sleeps well tonight and that the shots don't make him upset. The last time they made Catalina a little sleepy, so hopefully it will do the same for him!
He is such a big boy. Time does fly by.
