I love to cook and to bake (there IS a difference), but I usually steer clear of making seafood and also Asian food. Don't get me wrong...I LOVE seafood, but was always afraid of botching the recipe and all it's expensive ingredients. There are a few Asian dishes I like to eat, but I am not a fan of all the sauces and spices.
My friend Sarah recently posted a recipe on her Facebook page, so I thought I'd give it a try!! I am SO glad I did :-) I've posted it here so you can share in the wealth, and hopefully add it to your list of favorite recipes.
In case you haven't tried hoisin sauce, it tastes alot like BBQ sauce...but with a kick!
Enjoy!
