Christmas 2011

This year we were able to start some fun new traditions and participate in many holiday activities throughout the city. David is much more interactive this year as compared to last year, so it has been fun to see his excitement about celebrating "Jesus' happy birthday." He's had his share of sweets, gifts, and activities this month since his birthday was a few days before Christmas. Come January he will wonder why all the sugar and presents have stopped coming! In all seriousness, though, he has begun to grasp what Christmas is about through doing the Jesse Tree advent calendar.
