Who's Your Daddy?

David amazes me each day with what he says! I thought I'd take some time to ask him questions about his daddy this Father's Day weekend. Here's what he shared...

Mom: Tell me about your daddy. What is he like?

David: He likes wrestling on the floor. He likes mow the grass. He likes go the park. He likes play with me.

Mom: Yes, he does. Do you know how old your daddy is?

David: I don’t know. I three.

Mom: Yes, you’re right. Can you tell me where your daddy works?

David: He works near Rackspace.

Mom: Yes, at Rackspace. What does he do there?

David: I don’t know. I go down the slide there.

Mom: So what is your daddy’s favorite thing to eat?

David: I don’t know. Maybe James knows. (turns to James) “Hey James, you know what daddy like to eat?”

James: Bah?

David: James say peanut butter. No James, daddy don’t like to eat peanut butter. He like to eat dinner. Hahahaha!

Mom: (laughs out loud)

Mom: So which superhero would daddy be?

David: Daddy be superman, I be batman, you be super woman, and James be capn merica.

Mom: That sounds pretty cool. So is there anything you’d like to tell daddy?

David: Happy father’s day. Thank you and you’re welcome for those superheros and for that hulk and superman and that capn merica and those superheros. You’re welcome, dad.
