On Sunday morning we got to take a tour of the Air Force Academy. David was a little bit fussy, but enjoyed the nice walking path to The Chapel. This building is absolutely stunning from the outside, and is just as beautiful on the inside. What an amazing piece of architecture!
Lightning and thunder (something we don't see alot of in San Antonio) started right as we arrived at the Chapel. Fortunately we were still able to look around and make it back to our cars before the storms started.
There were no lights turned on inside the Chapel. The coloring is actually stained glass. Looking up at the roof was so beautiful.
